Black Bean

Super rich imperial stout with coconut, cocoa and tonka beans. These magical beans add notes of cinnamon, cherry pits and vanilla to the rich chocolate and coffee aroma bouquet of the beer.

Mono-hopped APA. Very drinkable and crisp; with a pronounced aroma of grapefruit, lime and tropical fruits. The taste does not have excessive bitterness or caramel sweetness, it is quite dry, restrained and balanced. Hops: Citra

A juicy and smooth New England IPA. The taste is bright citrus, ripe mango, tropical and stone fruit. Citra and Mosaic hops create a rich fruit profile, and the low bitterness and light sweetness make the beer smooth, rounded and surprisingly drinkable for its style.

D'Rye 2026

A mixed fermentation rye ale and part of our barrel-aged series. One half of the Amalgam blend, d’Rye is moderately sour, funky and well-balanced, with a layered fruity finish.

Midnight Velvet Ardmore

An imperial stout matured in Scottish whisky barrel from Ardmore (1st fill Chianti). Layers of dark chocolate, oak and dried black berries unfold on the palate, with subtle warmth from the barrel. The finish is firmer and drier than in previous releases of the series.

The bitter chocolate and coffee notes of burnt malt are balanced by the light sweetness of lactose, which also adds a special creaminess to this stout. It is like that first cup of cappuccino in the morning.

It’s all neatly put together: light maltiness, light graininess, herbal-floral hops, and a dry, neat bitterness at the end. We brewed it using the decoction method—the same old-school Czech brew that makes the beer deeper, denser, and richer.
